In 2007 Made Out of Babies were a much buzzed about Brooklyn band. This past month I found out they are no more.
These shots are from the one time I was lucky enough to see them perform. At the Grog Shop that night there were about 50 people watching the show but at least six of us had cameras and were actively taking photos. In the last shot you can see another photographer's flash casting the shadow of a second shooter's camera and flash as I record the whole thing (very meta). Also it is one of the few images I've ever done as a square format.
